What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end UX research projects, from method selection to reporting and archiving.
• Perform both generative and evaluative research, including interviews, diary studies, and usability testing.
• Own and maintain the research tagging taxonomy to ensure insights remain accessible.
• Analyze behavioral analytics and interpret quantitative data from surveys and unmoderated studies.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the research team.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate research findings into tangible product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX research
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Strong presentation skills and ability to communicate insights effectively
• Ability to drive definition and certainty in an ambiguous environment
• Willingness to travel for onsite contextual inquiries

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with research repository systems like Dovetail or EnjoyHQ
• Proficiency with UX research platforms such as Maze, dscout, or UserZoom
• Experience with behavioral analytics tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo
• Familiarity with Figma and Agile methodologies
• Experience with both B2C and B2B research studies
