What you will do

• Lead end-to-end UX research studies, selecting appropriate methodologies based on project goals and constraints.
• Conduct a blend of qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, usability testing, and concept validation.
• Drive generative research to identify emerging user needs and future-state product directions.
• Synthesize complex data into actionable insights that influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization.
• Build and maintain customer experience measurement frameworks to track satisfaction and product impact.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to support research workflows while ensuring rigor and accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 4–6+ years of UX research experience in agency or in-house product teams.
• Strong expertise in qualitative methods such as interviews, usability testing, and diary studies.
• Proven ability to define research direction in ambiguous, 0-to-1 problem spaces.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Understanding of product development cycles and agile environments.
