What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design process for Access Analyzer, from initial discovery to final UI delivery.
• Translate complex enterprise security workflows into intuitive, user-friendly experiences.
• Conduct and synthesize UX research, including interviews and usability testing, to inform roadmap decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and validate hypotheses.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude Design and Claude Code into every stage of the design and development workflow.
• Contribute to design system consistency and shared component patterns.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product design experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS environments.
• Strong UX research skills with a proven ability to act on findings.
• Genuine AI fluency, specifically with Claude Design and Claude Code workflows.
• Proficiency in Figma with a portfolio demonstrating polished work and design thinking.
• Strong understanding of component logic and ability to write technical specs for engineering.
• Clear, direct communication skills and ability to work with high ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience in security, identity, or compliance software domains.
• Familiarity with design systems governance and documentation.
• Experience presenting to and influencing non-design stakeholders.
