What you will do

• Own and define the UX strategy across a complex SaaS platform serving multiple enterprise user personas.
• Translate data-heavy workflows into intuitive, efficient, and user-centered interfaces.
• Design end-to-end user journeys, interaction models, and information architecture for multi-step processes.
• Coach and elevate other designers through critique sessions and shared UX frameworks.
• Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the platform.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to reduce friction and improve time-to-insight for end users.

Requirements

• 10+ years of UX design experience, specifically with complex B2B, SaaS, or data-intensive platforms.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to simplify complex workflows into elegant experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong systems thinking and information architecture skills.
• Experience with security, analytics, dashboards, or workflow-heavy enterprise tools.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools in the design workflow for ideation, prototyping, or research synthesis.
