Salary: $83,000–$97,000 annually.

What you will do

• Monitor the OMS support channel and resolve user inquiries.
• Analyze troubleshooting data to identify patterns and drive system improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to address technical issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder discovery meetings to gather requirements for new features.
• Organize and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
• Develop training materials and conduct end-user training for OMS updates.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business operations, sales planning, or account management.
• Strong understanding of the digital and CTV advertising industry.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from troubleshooting data.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training facilitation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documentation and training.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
