What you will do

• Act as a liaison between business users and the technology organization to resolve requests and defects.
• Manage and prioritize tickets within a tracking system, ensuring clear communication of status.
• Perform system configurations including commercial break patterns, network design, and inventory management.
• Investigate root causes of technical issues and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to implement system enhancements.
• Provide technical subject matter expertise for ad integrations across platforms like Peacock and Olympics.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Ad Operations or Ad Technology.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Los Angeles, CA (4 days/week in office).
• High proficiency in advanced Excel functionality (pivot tables, v-lookups).
• Proven experience with Freewheel ad serving systems.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
