What you will do

• Proactively identify non-compliance by reviewing customer usage and account data.
• Work directly with customers to remediate compliance concerns and unauthorized access.
• Collaborate with internal business segments to ensure contract adherence.
• Analyze compliance patterns related to product features and contract details.
• Identify instances of piracy and implement preventative measures.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance compliance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a compliance-related field (fraud, security, or data analysis).
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working with CRM systems.
• Ability to interpret complex contract terms and authorized use policies.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
