Salary: £85,000 - £115,000 + equity + Incentive Awards

What you will do
- Lead the data and technology strategy and roadmap for the Control Discipline to align with expansion plans.
- Design and deliver a scalable operating model that supports a global organization.
- Transition from manual risk assessments to "always on" real-time risk management using data-driven triggers.
- Champion AI integration in risk management by running PoCs and building business cases for AI-driven solutions.
- Own the transformation program roadmap and manage the PMO, including executive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Partner with Data and Engineering teams to translate risk management needs into technical and data requirements.
Requirements
- Programme management experience within a financial services environment.
- Proven track record of leading Risk and Control teams through complex change programs.
- Experience in the implementation of Risk and Control systems and processes.
- Ability to build and write prompts to solve real-world control problems using AI.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Tech-and-data-first mindset with the ability to operate in fast-paced, sometimes unstructured environments.
