What you will do
- Own end-to-end delivery of strategic, cross-functional programs across the organization.
- Coordinate efforts between Product, Sales, Finance, Legal, IT, and HR departments.
- Maintain accurate status reporting, risk registers, and milestone tracking.
- Drive operational unification and the integration of generative AI across business units.
- Surface risks and blockers early to ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
- Develop PMO standards and mentor team members to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in program or project management or operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in ambiguous environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior leadership reporting.
- High personal accountability and ability to operate without a complete roadmap.
- Must be local to or willing to work hybrid from Alpharetta, GA or Scottsdale, AZ.
Nice to have
- Experience in software companies, particularly during post-merger or transformation phases.
- Familiarity with enterprise software platforms like ERP, CRM, or PSA.
- Background in operational or management consulting.
- Formal project management training or certification.
