Salary: $81,600 - $142,800 USD

What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to design learning experiences that accelerate skill development and support change management, with a focus on AI.
• Own end-to-end management of a hybrid culture and learning portfolio, including workshops and flagship in-person events at the San Francisco HQ.
• Create and iterate on program communications, learner-facing content, and learning platform materials.
• Define success metrics, drive timely decisions, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep programs on track.
• Facilitate engaging learning environments and surface stakeholder needs through probing questions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, or related HR functions.
• Must be based in the Bay Area with the ability to work onsite in the San Francisco office.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in a professional context.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
• Experience planning and delivering hybrid and in-person learning experiences.
• Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with instructional design tools and learning management systems (Articulate Rise, Canva, Workday Learning).
• Experience managing vendor relationships, including procurement and contract renewals.
• Genuine interest in hirify.global, gaming, or live entertainment.
