What you will do

• Lead a cross-functional task force to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities in foundry and OSAT sourcing.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering to drive systemic improvements to gross margins.
• Participate in business reviews to analyze cost implications of product development and operations decisions.
• Manage the financial health of semiconductor products from early ideation and design through end-of-life.
• Establish product cost targets and report actual versus target costs and risks to senior management.
• Share and implement cost management best practices across various internal teams.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or PhD in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
• 10-15 years of professional experience (or 5-10 years with a Master's/PhD) in the semiconductor industry.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a product operations role within a Fabless semiconductor company or an integrated device manufacturer.
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain, and cost structures (process and packaging).
• Solid understanding of yield/test methodologies and associated cost modeling.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. law.
