TL;DR

Senior Workday Analyst (Workday): Supporting the configuration and maintenance of HR technology for talent management, learning, and performance processes with an accent on system automation and data integrity. Focus on configuring performance review cycles, learning campaigns, and deploying AI-enabled HR solutions.

Location: Westminster, CO. Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee) due to Export Control/ITAR.

Salary: $83,000 - $121,000 annually

What you will do

  • Configure and maintain Workday Talent processes, including performance review cycles and calibration workflows.
  • Administer Workday Learning and Journeys, managing compliance training, onboarding, and role-based development.
  • Provide Tier 2 HRIS support, resolving complex configuration challenges and service cases.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Workday reports and dashboards to support HR leadership and data-driven decisions.
  • Evaluate semi-annual Workday releases and implement new feature adoptions.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, Asylee, or Refugee).
  • 3-5 years of experience with Workday HCM, specifically Talent & Performance, Learning, and/or Journeys.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience creating and troubleshooting complex reports and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder partnership skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday Talent Marketplace and Workday Succession Planning.
  • Background in HR case management or shared services (Tier 2 HRIS support).
  • Workday certifications or advanced training.
  • Experience with AI-enabled productivity and automation tools.
