Salary: $157,300 – $235,900

What you will do
- Lead engagement with business partners to analyze requirements and communicate system implications of process changes.
- Configure and maintain Workday modules including core HCM, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Payroll.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and coordinate with development teams for delivery.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including estimation, testing, deployment, and change management.
- Ensure flawless integration between HR/Payroll applications and the broader IT infrastructure.
- Contribute to product knowledge bases and mentor team members to ensure maintainable and supportable solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be able to legally work in the US without visa sponsorship.
- Expertise in Workday configuration and implementation.
- Deep understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Proven track record in requirements elicitation, solution design, and test planning.
- Experience with Agile delivery and software development lifecycles.
