Salary: $93,000 – $135,696 annually.

What you will do
- Lead and supervise a team of Spacecraft Operations Support Engineers in a 24x7 mission environment.
- Manage workforce scheduling, shift coverage, and staffing readiness to ensure continuous mission support.
- Establish team priorities, performance expectations, and training objectives aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate anomaly response activities and operational issue resolution across engineering and operations stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance metrics and identify opportunities for process efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Conduct personnel management tasks including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in mission operations or a related technical operational environment.
- 2+ years of leadership experience supervising technical professionals.
- Must be able to work on-site in Longmont, Colorado for 24x7 mission-critical operations.
Nice to have
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Experience with satellite operations, ground systems, or space systems support.
- Experience supporting classified operations in secure environments.
