What you will do
- Design and analyze complex RF and communication systems for space missions.
- Develop and execute test procedures for vehicle functional testing and RF compatibility.
- Support mission operations, including console monitoring and anomaly investigations.
- Manage engineering projects and drive solutions with limited direction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and advise leadership on technical risks.
- Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to business development activities.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 5β10 years of experience in Radio Frequency or Communications Engineering.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a US government security clearance.
- Must be located at Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, TX.
- Proficiency with RF and communications software tools and measurement instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.
