What you will do

• Own shift-level execution against the build plan, including output, takt, and WIP management.
• Enforce adherence to standard work, process controls, and quality discipline on the production floor.
• Direct and prioritize technician work in real-time to eliminate bottlenecks and downtime.
• Implement visual management systems and drive structured problem-solving (5-Why, root cause analysis).
• Coordinate with Material, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure material and tooling readiness.
• Develop team capability through coaching, on-the-job training, and performance accountability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in high-rate environments.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing systems and standard work.
• Proven ability to manage technicians and drive disciplined execution.
• Hands-on experience with structured problem-solving and managing production constraints.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing Toyota Production System principles.
• Background in electronics, hardware, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP and MES systems.
• Experience with tiered accountability systems.
