Salary: $102,000 - $138,000 USD

What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 end-user support, triaging and resolving platform-related issues.
- Manage user permissions, access requests, and device troubleshooting for mission applications.
- Triage development team tickets regarding pipelines, dashboards, and logs.
- Maintain internal documentation, runbooks, and triage procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to build technical depth in Kubernetes, AWS, and SRE practices during lower-volume periods.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and manage ticket flow via JIRA Service Management.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required (must be eligible for CUI access).
- Experience in an IT help desk, system administration, or IT operations role.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like JIRA Service Management.
- Experience with macOS, Windows, or Linux administration.
- Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Ability to meet IAT Level II certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE) within a defined timeline.
Nice to have
- Defense contractor or government IT experience.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions), and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-53, or CMMC 2.0 compliance frameworks.
- Existing IAT Level II or III certification (Security+, CASP+, CISSP).
