What you will do

• Manage customer issues from initial troubleshooting to root cause identification and resolution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer escalations, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
• Document bugs and collaborate with engineering teams to address product issues impacting customers.
• Create and maintain technical troubleshooting documentation in the support knowledge base.
• Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience and service efficiency.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or customer-facing roles.
• Must be based in the USA and able to pass government background and fingerprint checks.
• Strong knowledge of Windows environments, including service and workstation troubleshooting.
• Experience with Unix/Linux/Mac troubleshooting and REST API usage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as CJIS and FedRAMP.

Nice to have

• Experience with MITRE ATT&CK Framework and cybersecurity best practices.
• Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience supporting security applications such as AV, VPN, or firewalls.
• Industry certifications such as MCP.
