What you will do
- Act as a customer liaison to ensure technical feedback is documented and assessed by internal stakeholders.
- Resolve complex technical problems via telephone, email, chat, or remote access.
- Troubleshoot and manage cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and Containers.
- Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues, from initial troubleshooting to root cause resolution.
- Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and resolve product issues impacting customers.
- Create and maintain knowledge base content and lead technical communications to share best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in technical support, customer support, or system administration.
- Technical expertise in Windows, Mac, or Linux platforms.
- Demonstrable skills in deploying and supporting cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting Kubernetes and Containers.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
Nice to have
- Experience with Linux and supporting/troubleshooting APIs.
- Experience supporting Kernel level security solutions and hybrid environments.
- Knowledge of security applications such as AV, VPN, Firewall, proxy, or Splunk.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Developer).
