What you will do

• Provide technical support for the hirify.global product and troubleshoot complex customer issues.
• Design and implement automation solutions to scale support offerings.
• Manage incident escalations and coordinate with product and engineering teams.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production-grade Kubernetes clusters and custom applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours, holiday, and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected person) residing in the contiguous United States.
• Must be available to work 9-6 EST.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support, system administration, or customer-facing roles.
• 2+ years of experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 1+ years of hands-on experience managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and experience debugging code in Java, Python, Shell, or JavaScript.
