What you will do
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Technical Support Engineers.
- Drive initiatives to improve team productivity, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers on high-priority technical escalations.
- Design and implement automated solutions to scale the support offering.
- Create and maintain technical knowledge base articles for internal and customer use.
- Partner with upper management on performance reviews and employee relations.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. person (citizen, green card holder, or protected person) and reside in the contiguous United States.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP infrastructure.
- Direct experience configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes and virtualized environments.
- 1+ years of experience managing external technical support teams.
- Practical experience with security protocols, monitoring, and logging pipelines.
- Proven track record of writing scripts or building tools using AI APIs for automation.
