Location: Must be located in US time zones (ET, CT, MT, or PT)
Salary: $72,000 - $90,000 USD

What you will do
- Act as a technical leader for Java and .NET APM agents and Alerts.
- Solve complex customer installation, configuration, and data exploration requests.
- Collaborate with the Product Organization to advocate for feature requests and bug fixes.
- Create and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation.
- Mentor and pair with team members to facilitate mutual growth.
Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Java, .NET, and Node.
- Knowledge of network essentials, OpenTelemetry, and Distributed Tracing.
- Experience with AWS and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience building or testing applications in an enterprise environment.

Nice to have
- 1-2 years of technical support experience with back-end languages.
- AWS or Azure Cloud Certification.
- Experience with Logstash, Elastic, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions.
- Proficiency in PHP, Ruby, or Go.
