What you will do
- Collaborate with internal teams to pursue new business opportunities and define product configurations.
- Manage the engineering release process, including requirements, test protocols, and technical documentation.
- Lead activities to resolve part configuration and change management issues throughout the product life cycle.
- Review and validate engineering calculations, design models, and drawings for technical accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with FAA Technical Standard Orders (TSO) and Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) standards.
- Initiate and execute continuous improvement and strategic engineering initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of two years of related experience or training in an engineering role.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Knowledge of FAA TSO and PMA processes.
- Ability to interpret complex customer requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Strong technical documentation and engineering drawing review skills.
