Salary: 31.66 CAD – 40.29 CAD per hour

What you will do

• Commission AV systems at client sites by optimizing equipment settings and ensuring design intent.
• Troubleshoot technical issues by tracing signal flow and coordinating with project stakeholders.
• Configure AV networks and coordinate with client network infrastructure.
• Create and modify DSP files with an emphasis on AEC optimization for videoconferencing.
• Document system changes via redlines and complete project quality checklists.
• Contribute lessons learned to design and engineering teams to improve future system implementations.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Mississauga, ON, Canada.
• 3 years of experience in a relevant industry, field installation, or systems design.
• Strong familiarity with MTR and Zoom Rooms.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AV and network systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs and climb ladders/stairs.

Nice to have

• DSP certification (Biamp, QSC, BSS).
• Control certification (QSC, Extron, Crestron).
• Audinate Dante Level 3 certification.
• AVIXA CTS certification.
• Experience with broadcast or hybrid conference-live event systems.
