Salary: $35 - $40 CAD hourly

What you will do

• Repair and maintain wind turbine generators and related equipment at wind farms.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support 24/7/365 operations via rotating shifts and on-call duties.
• Conduct safety analyses of electrical and mechanical hazards and perform Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
• Assist in Root Cause Analyses to determine and resolve equipment failures.
• Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics to execute technical repairs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all corrective and preventive maintenance activities in Movilizer.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship and possess a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work at heights of 100 meters and move and manipulate up to 23kg.
• Weight requirement: 120kg (265 lbs) or less to safely utilize climbing gear.
• Ability to be certified for medium and high-voltage equipment.
• Fluent English communication skills for safety and professional collaboration.
• High school diploma or equivalent technical training/certifications.

Nice to have

• Certification or degree in wind, technical, or engineering fields.
• Prior experience in the wind energy industry.
