What you will do

• Develop accurate and simulation-efficient analog and mixed-signal behavioral models (RNM) using SystemVerilog.
• Verify that behavioral models align with analog schematics and design intent.
• Integrate analog behavioral models into RTL environments.
• Verify AMS functionality for blocks such as ADC/DAC, VCO, A/DPLL, SerDes, and LNA using testbenches and assertions.
• Debug verification failures across analog, digital, and mixed-signal domains.
• Develop and maintain verification infrastructure, including environments and scripts.

Requirements

• 0-2+ years of experience in digital, analog, or mixed-signal design and verification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (MSEE or PhD preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SystemVerilog and mixed-signal verification concepts.
• Experience or coursework in Real-Number Modeling (RNM), including wreal, UDN/UDT/UDR, and Verilog-AMS.
• Basic understanding of AMS blocks (ADC, DAC, PLL, SerDes, RF).
• Familiarity with hirify.global Virtuoso Schematic Composer and ADE.

Nice to have

• Experience with SystemVerilog UVM methodologies and FPGA prototyping.
• Ability to script verification and automation flows using Python or Perl.
• Familiarity with industry standards such as PCIe, USB, or DDR.
• Exposure to hardware acceleration platforms like Palladium or Protium.
• Experience with revision control systems (SOS, SVN, GIT).
