What you will do

• Maintain and enhance sales demo environments to reflect real-world outpatient therapy workflows.
• Assist with RFPs, RFIs, security questionnaires, and technical evaluations.
• Document customer workflows, business processes, and technical requirements.
• Create process maps, solution documentation, and technical resources.
• Coordinate projects across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability within the Sales Engineering function.

Requirements

• Must be based in one of the following U.S. states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MA, MI, MS, NC, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA.
• 2–5 years of experience in healthcare technology, healthcare SaaS, EHR/EMR systems, or solution consulting.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Canva.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability, integrations, or APIs.
• Experience supporting RFP, RFI, or technical proposal processes.
