TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Owning the full sales cycle for digital and marketing agencies within an AI-first discovery landscape with an accent on consultative selling and agency business models. Focus on driving new business, managing multi-stakeholder processes, and collaborating with product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

Location: Must be based in New York City. Role is Hybrid, 3x/week in-office.

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 base + commission.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle for agency accounts from prospecting to close.
  • Sell strategic AI-driven solutions to agency leaders including founders and heads of SEO/Strategy.
  • Run consultative, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
  • Drive pipeline through inbound and targeted outbound efforts.
  • Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and account expansion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine agency-specific messaging.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven experience selling to or working with marketing agencies.
  • Deep understanding of agency business models and services-led motions.
  • Ability to run consultative sales cycles with long decision timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Track record of building pipeline and closing deals in competitive markets.
