TL;DR

Account Executive (Smb): Driving sales growth by identifying and upselling prospects from a product-led growth engine with an accent on AI application in recruiting. Focus on rapid customer engagement, closing deals, and feeding market insights to product and founders.

Location: Hybrid in London with at least 3 days per week onsite

Salary: $170K - $220K OTE plus equity

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid with at least 3 days per week in London office
  • 1+ years sales experience with early success
  • Experience in fast-paced SaaS startup or scaleup
  • Strong academic track record
  • Customer-oriented, resilient, motivated
