What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation and process harmonization initiatives.
- Standardize and optimize supply chain processes across manufacturing, quality, and IT functions.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex supply chain projects.
- Must have experience within the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Medical Devices industries.
- Strong domain knowledge in planning, logistics, warehousing, procurement, and distribution.
- Demonstrated expertise in process harmonization and business transformation.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Familiarity with regulated environments and CSV principles.
