What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects in an international pharmaceutical environment.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, IT, quality, and business teams.
- Support ERP deployment, process harmonisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service performance.
- Monitor project timelines, risks, KPIs, and change management activities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption during transformation programs.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in supply chain transformation or project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
- Experience working on ERP implementation and process optimisation.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, or similar digital supply chain solutions.
