What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects in an international pharmaceutical environment.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across supply chain, operations, IT, quality, and business teams.
  • Support ERP deployment, process harmonisation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and service performance.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, KPIs, and change management activities.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user adoption during transformation programs.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in supply chain transformation or project management within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
  • Experience working on ERP implementation and process optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of tools such as SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, or similar digital supply chain solutions.
