What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partner accounts, serving as their primary trusted advisor.
  • Co-develop and execute joint go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth and solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and analytics teams to align partner needs with the product roadmap.
  • Lead partner enablement through training, sales tools, and product education.
  • Negotiate and manage partner agreements, including renewals and commercial terms.
  • Monitor partner performance and analyze data to identify expansion opportunities and optimize growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in financial services with partner account management.
  • Proven experience building strategic partnerships with lenders using a consultative approach.
  • Established professional network within the mortgage tri-merge reseller space.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the C-suite and executive level.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Ability to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
