TL;DR

Sales Manager (Trading Solutions): Leading and growing trading-focused sales efforts across the Americas with an accent on buy-side and sell-side client relationships. Focus on driving revenue growth, managing a personal book of business, and collaborating cross-functionally to position trading workflow solutions.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Norwalk, CT (Hybrid)

Compensation: $175,000 – $215,000

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a data-driven sales plan for buy-side and sell-side clients.
  • Manage a personal book of business while leading and mentoring a sales team.
  • Foster long-term consultative relationships with C-suite and trading desk heads.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and forums to expand network visibility.
  • Provide actionable market intelligence to product teams to align roadmaps with client needs.
  • Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets including new business and renewals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the trading industry with deep knowledge of market structure.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
  • Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in complex, solutions-based sales.
  • Strong network of contacts across the Americas trading community.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in sales leadership or player/coach capacity.
  • Experience selling financial technology, data, or analytics solutions.
