Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY or Norwalk, CT (Hybrid)
Compensation: $175,000 – $215,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute a data-driven sales plan for buy-side and sell-side clients.
- Manage a personal book of business while leading and mentoring a sales team.
- Foster long-term consultative relationships with C-suite and trading desk heads.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and forums to expand network visibility.
- Provide actionable market intelligence to product teams to align roadmaps with client needs.
- Achieve and exceed regional revenue targets including new business and renewals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the trading industry with deep knowledge of market structure.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Proven track record of meeting revenue targets in complex, solutions-based sales.
- Strong network of contacts across the Americas trading community.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in sales leadership or player/coach capacity.
- Experience selling financial technology, data, or analytics solutions.
