Location: Hybrid (Milton Keynes Office). Must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do
- Lead and mentor the service desk function to foster high performance and professional growth.
- Take full responsibility for IT service desk operations and the resolution of support tickets.
- Enhance end-user experience by implementing innovative workplace technologies and industry best practices.
- Develop and monitor SLAs and KPIs to maintain and improve service quality.
- Manage the Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) process and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Act as the final point of escalation for complex technical issues in collaboration with Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing IT Support Engineers.
- Strong technical expertise and proficiency with ITSM tools such as Jira.
- Sound understanding of and exposure to the ITIL Service Management Framework.
- Unrestricted right to work in the UK.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical thinking.
