What you will do

• Provide front-line production support for trading, lending, and risk management systems.
• Monitor system health and performance to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Debug and troubleshoot complex applications using Java and Python.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and system enhancements.
• Work on automation projects to minimize manual effort in support tasks.
• Document support procedures, runbooks, and maintain knowledge base articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in production support or engineering, preferably in finance.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and at least one programming language (Java or Python).
• Experience with incident response, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
