What you will do

• Execute a global IT strategy aligned with company growth plans and drive operational excellence.
• Own and refine the end-to-end software and hardware procurement lifecycle, including enterprise contract negotiations.
• Establish data governance frameworks to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance across internal systems.
• Partner with the Security team to implement robust zero-trust network policies and endpoint management.
• Build models to evaluate vendor deal structures and measure IT service performance using KPIs.
• Manage operational challenges of a distributed global team while maintaining a centralized structure.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Operations, Procurement, or Systems Engineering.
• Proven experience in a B2B SaaS company during a rapid growth phase.
• Demonstrable experience supporting a global workforce.
• Expertise in systems administration, SaaS identity and access management, and endpoint management solutions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate technical and financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
