What you will do

• Provide staff-level technical configuration (and programming when required) and lead technical architecture analysis, design, development, and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and enhance databases; manage and coordinate changes to existing applications.
• Support end-to-end system lifecycle delivery for small to large-scale projects, including risk analysis and change control.
• Perform business analysis, user needs analysis, business systems design, and cost/benefit analysis to prepare business cases.
• Serve as an organizational leader by supervising junior client staff or subcontracted personnel and mentoring junior internal staff.

Requirements

• BS/BA in a technical (e.g., CS/IS/EE) or business (e.g., Marketing/MIS) field, or equivalent work experience.
• Completion of UK sovereignty clearance within the onboarding timeline.
• 4+ years of professional experience beyond education requirements.
• Experience aligned to one of the specialization tracks: Implementation, Business Optimization, Education & Enablement, or Engineering Services.
