What you will do

• Provide mission-critical production support for a peer-to-peer payments network.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the customer technology stack.
• Design and build scripts/tools to analyze product, database, and network log files.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to release patches and influence the product roadmap.
• Guide customers in implementing standard operational policies for production excellence.
• Participate in a 24x7x365 distributed team setup with rotating shifts.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience supporting transaction processing systems in payments, cash management, or trade finance.
• Proficiency in Linux system administration, networking (TCP/IP), and security methodologies.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting in Python, Bash, Ruby, or JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Deep knowledge of payment flows and industry standards such as ACH, SWIFT, and SEPA.
• Ability to travel 10–20% for customer-facing issue resolution.
