TL;DR

Sales Manager (Hospitality Tech): Driving the adoption of the Dynamic Revenue Plus (DR+) platform among existing hotel customers with an accent on consultative upselling and strategic value demonstration. Focus on leveraging deep operational revenue management expertise to solve complex pricing challenges and achieve aggressive sales targets.

Location: Must be based in Barcelona (Hybrid: 3 days per week in the office).

What you will do

  • Proactively engage existing customers to discuss revenue management strategies and commercial goals.
  • Conduct data-driven product demonstrations to articulate the ROI of the DR+ platform.
  • Serve as a domain expert, educating hoteliers on best practices and integration strategies.
  • Manage the end-to-end upsell sales cycle from qualification to contract closing.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • Strong background and proven track record in operational hotel revenue management is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Demonstrated ambition to transition into a high-growth SaaS commercial environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
  • Professional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
