What you will do
- Execute bold commercial plans to meet and exceed membership sales targets.
- Lead high-quality tours of the hub to convert leads into loyal members.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline using Salesforce.
- Handle administrative duties, including drafting contracts and auditing payments.
- Collaborate with marketing to build local lead-generation campaigns.
- Analyze churn, revenue, and member feedback to refine pricing and retention strategies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within coworking, gyms, or membership clubs.
- Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of driving business growth.
- Mastery of reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience connecting with B2B partners.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
