What you will do

  • Execute bold commercial plans to meet and exceed membership sales targets.
  • Lead high-quality tours of the hub to convert leads into loyal members.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline using Salesforce.
  • Handle administrative duties, including drafting contracts and auditing payments.
  • Collaborate with marketing to build local lead-generation campaigns.
  • Analyze churn, revenue, and member feedback to refine pricing and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally within coworking, gyms, or membership clubs.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Mastery of reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience connecting with B2B partners.
  • Exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
