TL;DR

Account Executive (Travel/SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle to accelerate market presence in France and Benelux with an accent on B2B outreach and lead generation. Focus on prospecting tour operators, delivering engaging product demos, and closing new business deals.

Location: Remote. Must have the full legal right to work in the EU (citizenship or residency); no visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.

Salary: Base €48,600 (OTE Year 1: €95,000, Year 2: €130,000)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and discovery calls to product demos and closing.
  • Prospect and connect with tour operators across France and Belgium.
  • Act as a business developer by sourcing leads and gathering market insights to break into new regions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and deal flow within HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to share market feedback and shape future offerings.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of closed deals to the onboarding team.

Requirements

  • Native French speaker and fully proficient in English.
  • Full legal right to work in the EU.
  • Proven experience in B2B inside sales via email and phone, ideally with small businesses.
  • Confidence in conducting cold outreach and managing a sales cycle independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, specifically HubSpot.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

  • Background in hospitality or travel, with an understanding of how tour operators operate.
