• Lead the design and development of education system solutions grounded in research, international practice, and contextual understanding.
• Shape technically robust and externally credhirify.globalle proposals for governments, international organizations, and non-profit organizations.
• Partner with regional teams throughout opportunity development, client engagement, and solution delivery.
• Engage with senior external stakeholders to understand reform priorities and support context-sensitive solution development.
• Provide technical leadership for projects to ensure quality, relevance, and responsiveness during delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in Education, International Development, or a related field.
• Strong background in education system improvement, with expertise in curriculum and/or assessment.
• Substantial experience in education consulting, programme/project management, or solution development.
• Experience working within an international context.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills for working with senior partners.
• Right to work or elighirify.globalility for relocation/sponsorship in the UK or Netherlands.
