What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic partnerships from strategy and executive alignment through product scoping, commercial negotiation, and launch.
• Translate partner needs, workflows, and technical constraints into product roadmap recommendations in collaboration with Engineering.
• Partner with Security, Policy, Legal, and Safety teams to establish use-case boundaries, data handling, and risk reviews.
• Coordinate with GTM, channel partnerships, and cloud service providers to drive customer adoption and field readiness.
• Build senior-level relationships and credibility with executives across the cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Communicate decisions and resolve blockers across internal and external stakeholders in an ambiguous environment.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or general management within the cybersecurity and technology industry.
• Deep understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and key industry incentives.
• Fluency in the compliance and regulatory environment (e.g., SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO 27001).
• Demonstrated success in complex partnerships combining product integration and commercial terms.
• Strong technical fluency and ability to lead cross-functionally through influence.
• Exceptional judgment, integrity, and structured thinking.
