What you will do

• Identify and advance partnership opportunities across distribution, content, and commerce domains.
• Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements involving product integrations and distribution frameworks.
• Own the full deal lifecycle from sourcing and diligence through signing and launch.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and legal teams to shape joint go-to-market strategies.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with senior partner counterparts and decision-makers.
• Define success metrics and communicate progress, risks, and expansion opportunities to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business development, product partnerships, corporate development, or consulting within the tech industry.
• Proven expertise in structuring and negotiating complex deals with product integrations and long-term expansion paths.
• Experience working with search, commerce, marketplaces, or large-scale consumer platforms.
• Strong cross-functional operational skills, specifically working with engineering, finance, and legal teams.
• Ability to operate independently and adapt quickly in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
