Account Manager

TL;DR

Account Manager: Managing and growing a portfolio of industrial accounts in the Fort St. John area with an accent on consultative selling and market share expansion. Location: Must be based in or able to work in Fort St. John, British Columbia, Canada

Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 plus Northern Living Allowance

What you will do

• Proactively plan and execute customer visits to drive sales growth.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Operations, and Purchasing to ensure product availability and service levels.
• Manage customer information and sales pipeline using Salesforce.
• Maintain a high-integrity sampling program for key accounts.
• Travel as required to support regional business needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of previous sales or customer-facing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Technical Science, Chemistry, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to effectively engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
