What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to termination.
• Partner with leadership on hiring, promotions, investigations, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Administer HR policies, benefits, and leave processes like FMLA/STD/LTD.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
• Collaborate with internal recruiters and staffing agencies to meet hiring needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of HR or administrative experience.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and employment lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Exposure to multi-site or regional HR support.
