What you will do

• Manage daily HR functions including recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, HSA, and leave of absence programs.
• Optimize and maintain the HRIS for US payroll, ensuring data accuracy and providing technical support to users.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, investigations, and annual performance reviews.
• Lead Wellness Program initiatives and manage the associated budget.

Requirements

• Experience in HR generalist operations and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in maintaining and optimizing HRIS systems and payroll data.
• Knowledge of US federal, state, and local employment law and regulatory trends.
• Ability to collaborate with departmental managers to define skill requirements for open roles.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pico Rivera, CA
