TL;DR
Senior HR Generalist (HR Operations): Supporting all levels of associates across 3 shifts at a manufacturing facility with an accent on HR compliance, employee relations, investigations, and performance management. Focus on managing Workday HRIS data, leading onboarding and talent review processes, and applying Lean and Six Sigma principles to improve HR processes and employee experience.
Location: On-site in Franklin, NH (Monday–Friday)

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end HR activities for associates at the Franklin, NH manufacturing facility, including employee communications, orientation, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing-related employment laws and regulations, including HR compliance areas such as AA/EEO, leave management, and ADA.
- Handle investigations into employee complaints and partner with legal on ethics-related issues.
- Support performance management, coaching leaders and employees on performance expectations, development, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans.
- Lead onboarding for new hires and maintain high visibility and accessibility with the manufacturing team.
- Use Workday HRIS to maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports and analytics; apply Lean and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with HRIS systems for data management and HR metrics (Workday experience is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify issues and mitigate risks.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee relations, performance management, and engagement activities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills; strong relationship management and trust-building with employee groups.
