What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to recruit, interview, and hire talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, and performance management.
• Conduct new hire onboarding and manage employment eligibility verifications.
• Support employee relations through disciplinary meetings, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure HR practices remain compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Maintain documentation for training, certifications, and professional licensure requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a professional environment.
• Thorough working knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/talent management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and strict confidentiality.

Nice to have

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
