Salary: $60,000–$78,000

What you will do
- Process and maintain FAST, VOD, and Syndication agreements within internal systems.
- Coordinate content and asset delivery requests for distribution partners.
- Support client onboarding, deal renewals, and content launches.
- Generate deal tracking reports and provide updates to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain communication with partners regarding scheduling, marketing materials, and operational requirements.
- Assist with sales planning, meeting coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from New York, NY.
- Experience in sales operations, deal administration, or content distribution.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in tracking and reporting deal status and contract details.
- Ability to work collaboratively across international time zones when required.
